The primary purpose of the David "Crash" Mullins Multiple Myeloma Foundation is to fund the cancer treatment of the foundation's namesake. While there are fundraising activities and special events being planned on both a national and local level; individual contributions will most probably comprise the largest endowment toward paying the estimated $450,000 cost of medical treatment that Crash will require.

Contributions can be made in the form of cash payment, personal or bank checks, money orders, direct bank wire transfers, or in the form of goods or services that can be utilized as raffle or door prizes at organizational fundraising efforts.

Corporate sponsors are encouraged to contact our administrative office to discuss sponsorship offers, ideas, and opportunities. While this foundation does not currently possess a 501(c)(3) designation (thus affording donors with a tax-deductible contribution), we are in the process of making such application. Regrettably, the IRS grants such status after and only after a lengthy process averaging 8 months.

Please review the Foundation's Donation Premium Gifts. Receipt of these gifts are for any contributors who ask for them (having met the minimum donation thresholds  detailed below).
